Advieh - This spice mix is used to flavour Iranian Cuisines. The common ingredients that are used to make Advieh include turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, rose petals or rose buds, cumin, and ginger. It may also include ground golpar, saffron, nutmeg, black pepper, mace, coriander, or sesame.
Baharat - is a spice mixture or blend that is used in Middle Eastern, Turkish, and Greek cuisines. This spice can be used to season meat like lamb, fish and chicken. There are different version on Baharat containing different spices. In the Turkish version of Baharat, mint is added to this spice mix, whereas, in Tunisia, baharat contains a simple mixture of dried rosebuds and ground cinnamon. A typical Baharat Spice Mix contains the following ingredients: Allspice, black peppercorns, cardamom seeds, cassia bark, cloves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, nutmeg, turmeric, ginger, saffron, dried chilli and/or paprika.
Berbere - is a spice mix that is found in the Ethiopia and Eritrea cuisines. It's ingredients consists of chili peppers, coriander, garlic, ginger, basil, korarima, rue, ajwain or radhuni, nigella, and fenugreek.
Bumbu - In an Indonesian spice mix. This spice mix consists mostly of fresh ingredients rather than dried ingredients. Bumbu is used with various types of meats, seafood and vegetables in stews, soups, barbecue, sotos, gulai, and also added to Indonesian-style instant noodles.
Cajun - This particular seasoning hails from Louisiana. Cajun seasoning is a spicy blend, which consists of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano. Salt is also added to this blend, hence the name Cajun Seasoning.

Harissa - is a Tunisian hot chili pepper paste. It is made using roasted red peppers, serrano peppers, garlic paste, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, and olive oil.
Hawaji - contains Yemeni ground spice mixtures used primarily for soups and Yemeni coffee. It is made from cumin, black pepper, turmeric, and cardamom. Other versions of Hawaji may include ground cloves, caraway, nutmeg, saffron, coriander, fenugreek, and ground dried onions.

Khmeli suneli - It is a traditional Georgian Spice Mix and typically contains ground coriander seed, celery seed, dried basil, dill, parsley, fenugreek, summer savory, bay leaf, mint, and marigold.
Mixed Spices - This is a British blend of spices. It is also called pudding spices. It contains a blend of sweet spices. A typical Mixed Spice contains cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
Panch Phoron is a whole spice blend that originates from the Indian subcontinent. It is used mostly in Bangladesh, Eastern India, and Southern Nepal cuisine. Typically, Panch Phoron consists of fenugreek seed, nigella seed, cumin seed, black mustard seed, and fennel seed in equal parts.
Pumpkin Pie Spice - is an American spice mix. It is commonly used in pumpkin pie. A typical recipe of pumpkin pie spice contains cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice.
Quatre épices - is a spice mix used mainly in French cuisine. The spice mix contains ground pepper (white, black, or both), cloves, nutmeg, and dried ginger.
Ras el hanout or rass el hanout - is a spice mix found in varying forms in Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco. Different families have their own ingredient/spice that is used to make this spice mix. Commonly used ingredients include cardamom, cumin, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice, dry ginger, chili peppers, coriander seed, peppercorn, sweet and hot paprika, fenugreek, and dry turmeric. Some spices may be particular to the region, such as ash berries, chufa, grains of paradise, orris root, monk's pepper, cubebs, dried rosebud, fennel seed or aniseed, galangal, long pepper.
Sharena sol - is also known as colorful salt. It is a spice mix used extensively in Bulgarian cuisine (and Macedonian cuisine). Its most typical ingredients are dried summer savory, paprika, and salt.
Shichi-mi tōgarashi - seven-flavor chili pepper. It is a common Japanese spice mixture containing seven ingredients. The commonly used ingredients are coarsely ground red chili pepper, ground sanshō ("Japanese pepper"), roasted orange peel, black sesame seed, white sesame seed, hemp seed, ground ginger, nori or aonori (seaweed), and poppy seed.
Za'atar - Contains a blend of hyssop, sumac, sesame and salt.
